Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to FitLife digital subscription purchases.
1. Digital Subscription Access
FitLife subscriptions provide immediate access to digital workout, nutrition, habit tracking, challenge, and progress features. Because access begins immediately after purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
2. 30-Day Billing Period
Each subscription term lasts 30 days. Your subscription automatically renews every 30 days until canceled. Canceling prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
We may consider refunds in limited cases, including duplicate charges, technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved, unauthorized transactions verified by our payment processor, or where a refund is required by applicable law.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Fees are generally non-refundable for unused time, failure to use the service, change of mind, partial billing periods, or cancellation after renewal has already occurred.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@fitlife.com within 7 days of the charge and include your account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment network, bank, and payment processor. Payment processing fees may not be returned where permitted by law.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
